Full-Text Search
Search across all document content:
- Click the search bar
- Enter your search terms
- Results show matching documents with highlighted excerpts
Filters
Narrow results by:
- Document Type - Quarterly reports, tax documents, etc.
- Source - Specific investment managers or banks
- Date Range - Documents from specific periods
- Tags - Custom tags you've applied

Document Preview
Click any document to open the preview:
- Full document view with zoom controls
- Page navigation for multi-page documents
- Download the original file
- Print directly from the viewer
Audit Trail
Track all document activity:
- When the document was uploaded
- Who has viewed or downloaded it
- Any changes to metadata
- Sharing and access history
Soft Delete & Recovery
Deleted documents go to trash:
- Recoverable for 30 days
- Permanently deleted after 30 days
- Admins can restore deleted documents
